Pat Burmeister, MA, CCC-A

Audiologist

Pat Burmeister is always happy to lend an ear – but it won’t be hers. She’s trained as an audiologist to help people who have experienced significant hearing loss.

Board certified, Pat has a Master’s degree in audiology. She initially chose to study deaf education because she had a friend who was deaf, but Pat got bogged down in the educational theory. She gave audiology a try and because it seemed more precise, decided to become an audiologist.

Born in Indiana, she grew up in the Bay Area until junior high, when she moved to Lewiston, Idaho, and graduated from high school there. She then enrolled at the University of Northern Colorado. Pat is married to Lyle, and they have two grown daughters and one grandchild. She finds her job rewarding because she helps people enjoy a better quality of life through better hearing.
