Dr. James was born and raised in Sutherlin, Oregon. He completed his undergraduate degree at Oregon State University and attended the the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power Program. He earned his medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University and completed his residency at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hamphsire. Dr. James is board certified in neurology. Dr. James and his wife have three young daughters. He likes to cook, camp and travel.

Dr. Banks is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He obtained a PhD in Physics from the University of New Mexico, and an MD from the University of Chicago. He also attended University of Chicago for his residency. Dr. Banks is board certified in neurology. He has done research in computer applications to medicine and in migraine headaches. He was associate professor of Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh until 1997. Dr. Banks enjoys photography, hiking, genealogy, and playing the clawhammer banjo.

Kim was born and raised in Northeast Washington. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Washington State University Intercollegiate Center for Nursing Education. She also attended the University of Portland where she earned her Master of Science. She is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, and has been practicing in McMinnville for over 16 years as a nurse practitioner. Kim and her husband have 4 children. She enjoys gardening, hiking, and relaxing with a good book.
